PC Tubing hangers

PC-IA

Single completion threaded hanger has a compression type packoff, activated by the string weight and/or by lockdown screws. It can be supplied with an external groove for back pressure valves (PC-1A-BP) or injection steam services (PC-1AV).

PC-IA-EN

Single completion threaded hanger with extended neck with a secondary annulus seal to isolate the tubing head/adapter connectionfrom well pressure and control fluid.

They accept control line connectors for sub-surface safety valves. it has also an internal groove for back pressure valves installation.

PC-IA- T

Single completion threaded hanger that suspend tubing on tension for pumping fluids or injection wells. A threaded inner mandril passes through the hanger body to allow tension to be pulled agains the packer. A Split ring is installed around the mandrel , which then seats in the hanger body as tension is slackened off.

PC-IW

Single completion tubing hanger, split, wraparound packoff allows tubing string manipulation to displace drilling fluids while maintaining complete control of annulus pressure. Tubing must be suspended by a tubing head adapter. The compression type pack off is activated by lockdown screws.

PBCS-C

Single completion threaded hanger provides a high voltage electrical conduit for submersible pumps or downhole monitoring equipment. Special adapter flanged required for this completion. It has also na internal groove fro back pressure valve installation

PC-60

Dual completion threaded hanger, split, required to suspend two tubing strings with maximum clearance for gás lift or sub-surface safety valves. Each of the dual split hangers has an internal groove for back pressure valve installation, and is available with sub-surface safety valve control line preparation.

PC-2C

Dual completion mandrel type tubing hanger consists of a máster bushing and two mandril type couplings. If necessary each of the dual hangers has an internal groove for back pressure valve, and is available with sub-surface safety valve control line preparation.

PC-IAV-EN

Single completion steam injection threaded hanger with extended neck for interference type seal that provides a secondary annulus seal to isolate the tubing head/adapter connection from well pressure.

P-16

Single completion mandrel type threaded hanger. It can be supplied with an internal groove for back pressure valve (P-16-BP) or steam injection service (P-16-V)

P-16 Tubing Hanger

P-16-EN

Single completion threaded hanger with extended neck with a secondary annulus seal to isolate the tubing head/adapter connection from well pressure and control fluid. Accepts a control line connection for downhole safety valve. It has also na internal groove for back pressure valves installation.

P-16-T

Single completion threaded hanger suspends tubing in tension for pumped or injection wells. A threaded inner mandril passes through hanger body to allow tension to be pulled against the packer. P-16 Packoff

P-16-F

Single completion threaded hanger for artificial lift, this tubing hanger provides a high voltage electrical conduit for submersible centrifugal pump.

PU-60

Dual split tubing hanger recommended for all dual completions that requires suspending two tubing strings with maximum clearance for gas-lift or sub-surface safety valve.

Each of the dual split hangers has an internal groove for back pressure valve installation, and is available with sub-surface safety valve control line preparation. This hanger is used with TFF-U-OO tubing heads.

PR-IC

Single completion tubing hanger consists of a máster bushing and a mandril coupling.

This hanger is used with TTRD tubing heads. Available to steam injection systems (PRV-IC).

PR-2C

Dual completion tubing hanger consists of a máster bushing and two mandril couplings.

This hanger is used with TTRD tubing heads. Available to steam injection systems (PRV-2C).

PR-IC-IS

Dual completion tubing hanger consistes of a máster bushing and a tubing suspension system with threaded coupling and slips. This hanger is used with TTRD tubing heads.

Available to steam injection systems (PRV-IC-IS).
