Model 310 Gate Valve (Soft Seal)

 

Oilequip Model 310 gate valve was engineered for applications with water, oil and gás. Available up to 5.000 psi working pressures with flanged or thread end connections. It meets all the API 6A requirements and NACE MR 01.75 for sour service applications. This valve can be supplied with manual, pneumatic or hydraulic actuator.

Model 320 Gate Valve (Metal Seal)

 

Oilequip Model 320 Gate valve was engineered for extreme applications with water, oil and gás, metal-to-metal sealing between the gate and seals. It´s available up to 5.000 psi working pressure with flanged and threaded connections. Considered a simple and reliable solution on wellhead systems. It meets all API 6A requirements and NACE MR- 01.75 for sour service applications. These valves can be supplied with a manual, pneumatic and hydraulic actuator.

Model 330 Gate Valve (Metal Seal)

 

Oilequip Model 330 Gate Valve was engineered for high-reliability and high pressure applications with water, oil and gás. It has a special metal-to-metal sealing between the gate and seats. Available with flanged end connections for 10.000 psi and 15.000 psi working pressures. Considered a powerful and reliable solution on wellhead systems. It meets all API-6A requirements and NACE MR 01.75 for sour service applications. These valves can be supplied with manual or hydraulic actuator.

Model 350 Gate Valve (Steam Injection)

 

Oilequip model 350 Gate Valve was engineered for applications with steam injection on x-trees and wellheads. It has a metal-to-metal sealing between the gate and seat. Available with flanged or threaded end connections for working pressures up to 5.000 psi. Designed for service with extreme heat, up to 350 C (660 F). This valve meets all API-6A requirements.

Abrasive Services Gate Valve

 

Oilequip Abrasive Service Gate Valve was designed using a sealing principle to meet the rigorous requirements of the petroleum industry such as drilling mud. It´s available with flanged, threaded or weld end connections with work pressures up to 5.000 psi.

Their top entry design assures easy disassembly for replacement of parts without removing from the line. This expanding seat system assures a positive sealing after long period of use in abrasive service.

Oilequip model 400 Check Valve was engineered for safety applications. It has a metal-to-metal sealing between piston and seat. Available with flanged or threaded end connections for working pressures up to 5.000 psi. Designed to working temperatures up to 350 C (660 F) . This valve meets all API-6A requirements. 

Model 100 Needle Valve (Metal Seal)

 

Oilequip model 100 Needle Valve was engineered for application on wellheads, Xtrees and manifolds. Available with threaded end connections type FF (female-female), MF (male-female) and MFL (male-female angular). Designed for use in temperatures up to  350C (660F)  and working pressures up to 10.000 psi. This valve meets API-6A requirements and NACE MR 01.75 for sour service applications.
